Delivery is via express courier with an insulated box (RECOMMENDED) or refrigerated courier.

We only ship certain days of the week to guarantee you an exact delivery date, usually it takes 1 to 3 business days. This means that your box will take 24/72 hours from the time it is shipped and NOT from the time you order.

You will receive an order confirmation email, and then an email confirming the departure of your package.

With the use of refrigerated courier, shipping times in some locations or in some periods of the year with high traffic (e.g. July and August, Black Friday, Christmas, Holidays and anniversaries) may require a few more days for delivery, however guaranteeing the cold chain for the duration of transport.
