Indicate in the subject: “complaint”
In case of delivery of a damaged package you can request an exchange and/or refund for any product within a maximum of 1 day from the delivery date.
NB: All refund requests for damaged or unusable products, which arrive more than 24 hours after delivery, or in the absence of photographic evidence, will be declined.
NON-CONFORMITY:
Indicate in the subject: “non-conformity”For any problem related to the quality of the products, even after 24 hours from receiving the package, you can send an email indicating the name and batch number of the non-compliant dish, together with any evidential photos.
In both cases, to request assistance send an email to help@5pasti.it specifying:
• order number
• name and surname
• telephone
• attach photos of damaged material
Within 48 hours you will be contacted by one of our representatives who will evaluate your request and give you full assistance in relation to the problem encountered.
