    We organize shipments only on certain days of the week, trying to avoid any problems or delays due to the weekend or strikes in general, only and exclusively to guarantee that our products always arrive to you Super Fresh.
    Shipments are made via express courier in isothermal packaging, as soon as our dishes arrive you will have to put them in the fridge to stabilize their temperature and not give them thermal shocks that could alter the goodness of the dish.
    Make sure you enter an address where there is always someone to collect the goods and put them in the refrigerator. Otherwise, enter in the notes field: "shipment to collection point" we will contact you personally to choose together between one of the 10,000 collection points closest to you.
    When ordering, you can indicate in the notes any preferences regarding the courier that will deliver your meals. Remember that meals can be shipped with a refrigerated courier or with a standard courier.
    When the goods are shipped you will receive the TRACKING CODE directly from the courier, with which you can monitor the package.

  • How much does shipping cost:

    Refrigerated shipping via isothermal box or refrigerated courier costs €6.95. Shipping is TOTALLY FREE for purchases over €100

  • Can I ship to another address or change address after ordering?

    We can ship the box to any address you want, so even to the office, to the company, to the gym, to a friend's house, to a relative's house...wherever you want.
    To change the shipping address indicated during the order, it will obviously be possible to do so before they are shipped, we only ship some days of the week, so it is quite simple to make the change of address.

  • Will the product arrive fresh?

    The packaging of our products is very accurate using packaging, dry ice or cooling gel to ensure that the temperature is maintained throughout the transport phase until delivery.
    If the box is entrusted to the refrigerated courier, a normal box is used, as they already travel inside refrigerated cells.

  • What should I do upon arrival?

    Open the box and put the meals in the fridge!
    If you receive the box in a place where you do not have a refrigerator available, do not open the box and place it in a cool place and not in the sun, until you can put the meals in the refrigerator.

    NB: it is absolutely recommended not to let too many hours pass from the moment of receiving the box to the moment of placing it in the fridge. The customer, from the moment of delivery of the package, will be totally responsible for the maintenance and good management of the meals.

  • STEF refrigerated courier:

    As soon as the courier delivers the box, you must immediately open it and put all the meals in the refrigerator. In this case, the meals travel at a controlled temperature inside the couriers' cold storage rooms, so you will not receive the isothermal box.

    Make sure there is always someone to receive the box.
