All our meals are produced fresh by us, in our
laboratory, fully compliant with CE and HACCP standards.

Starting from the choice of products to the preparation according to the rules, from the working environments and all our tools to standard we are able to give a very high quality to our dishes. In fact, all our meals are prepared in a sterile environment and to CE standards by our chefs, through rigid production protocols and a constant quality control of the product following all the HACCP standards.

Once cooked, the food is immediately chilled to -25° in a very short time to improve shelf life, thus eliminating all bacteria that are found even at temperatures below zero. Our meals are then sealed and stored in ATM, protective atmosphere, a packaging technology that, thanks to the replacement of air with a mixture of carbon dioxide and nitrogen (two gases naturally present in the environment and defined by European Directive 95/2/CE [1] [2]), allows the shelf life of food products to be increased without the addition of additives and preservatives, while maintaining the organoleptic properties and all nutritional principles unaltered.

This process guarantees a fairly long shelf-life for our products.

The shelf-life of 3 weeks is guaranteed thanks to a hygienic health profile in compliance with HACCP, therefore without the need to use preservatives or chemical additives.

We try to give our dishes a lot of practicality so that you can
consume everywhere both cold and hot, obviously tastes are personal and the choice is up to you. There are some dishes that would be better reheated, but not necessarily.
